Courtroom Diagrams
Courtroom Diagrams allow the trial team to get an understanding for the courtroom and the technology setup prior to the beginning of the trial or hearing. They can provide important information that allows the trial team to tailor their presentation style to best fit the venue. Courtroom Diagrams are often created by trial presentation consultants who have scouted the courtroom or have previous experience presenting in the courtroom. The diagram should show the layout of the tables, jury, judge, clerk, court reporter, audience, doorways, power plugs and any available technology that is configured. In addition, the diagram can include recommendations for positioning of projectors, screens, monitors, document cameras, speakers, etc. Additional useful information can include judge, clerk and deputy phone numbers and the court’s address, security and loading dock requirements.
